Q: I got a tracking number—does that mean my box has shipped?

A: Subscription Box

1. It means your label is printed, but the box might not be at the Post Office yet. We batch labels and usually ship within a few days. 🕰️

B: One-time Purchase

1. It means your label has been packed and is just awaiting carrier pickup. If more than 5 business days have passed please email us.      

Q: Can you deliver internationally?

A: Not directly, but third-party shipping services bridge the gap internationally. 

Q: I need to change my shipping address—what should I do?

A: For current orders, drop us an email ASAP at hello@shopdarkandquirky.com. Changing your address in your portal only affects future boxes.
